This is Off Grid property and the season is limited to a period where we are sure that we can offer some facilities to our guests. That’s why the usual period is in between weeks 21-39. But if you wish to try a real “off grid” lifestyle and simple living out of the mentioned period, you are welcome to contact us with request and we can possibly offer you a stay on lower rates.
Our Glamping tent can accommodate 2 extra guests so you can be 6 persons at a time. If you want to rent the tent as additional accommodation for 2 persons, please check the prices above.
Payment is on arrival. It’s possible to pay by Swish, PayPal, Mobile Pay, cash or by bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards.
To ensure your booking we will ask for deposit of 500 SEK per adult guest (age over 18 years old). If you choose to cancel your reservation later than 30 calendar days before arrival, we will keep the deposit. If you cancel your reservation 7 days before arrival or later, we will requre you to pay the whole price of your stay.
Off Grid Glamping
We are happy to announce that we launch our exclusive Glamping tent in one of the most beautiful locations in Sweden. Price is 1800 SEK /night (including Hot tub)
We are happy to announce that we launch our exclusive Hot Tub with an outstanding location . Price is 800 SEK for up to 2 hours. (when booking Glamping the hot tub is included in price)
Canoe
As our guest in both guest house and glamping you can loan a canoe with available safety equipment with no extra cost.
Dogs
We hope you like dogs – we have 3 dogs and visiting dogs are more than welcome. The garden is closed by a 1 meter high fence to the forest (not to the lake) and dogs can run free on the area of 2 acres. You and your dogs have to share the garden with our 2 friendly and social dogs.
Shopping
There is not a big shopping center nearby, but a small local store 20 km away. If you have special needs you have to bring it.

by TRAIN / PLANE The nearest train station or airport are in Östersund – 2.5-4 hours drive from here depending on weather conditions. We can offer transportation by our car.

Internet
We don’t provide any WiFi access. But there is a good mobile network coverage in the area – Swedish Telenor and Telia should work fine. We use the mobile broadband for our internet connection with the world and most of time it is really satisfying 4G network, covering the basic needs.
